Internal audit.
We supported an energy company to carry out an audit, in which part of the business was audited internally from a safety point of view. In addition to analysis, we also presented concrete proposals for improvements.

Harmonization of regulations.
Energy companies operated in similar ways in several countries needed to develop a common way of working and electrical safety routines. The purpose was to make it easier for staff to work at the company’s facilities in different countries. The assignment resulted in extensive harmonization work regarding all routines for work that may involve electrical hazards.
