SAFETY MANAGEMENT

SAFETY MANAGEMENT

Living up to legal requirements is a hygiene factor. A company or organization that wants to stay at the forefront needs a higher level of ambition than that. Keeping order and keeping track of its safety management provides competitive advantages, both operationally and in terms of safety.

We at Safe Energy are up to date with standards, legislation and industry practice. We interpret the information and transform it into concrete measures and actions that have an effect.

Example of tasks:

Internal audit.
We supported an energy company to carry out an audit, in which part of the business was audited internally from a safety point of view. In addition to analysis, we also presented concrete proposals for improvements.

Harmonization of regulations.
Energy companies operated in similar ways in several countries needed to develop a common way of working and electrical safety routines. The purpose was to make it easier for staff to work at the company’s facilities in different countries. The assignment resulted in extensive harmonization work regarding all routines for work that may involve electrical hazards.
